This website is run by Glassy Auto Glass in Denver, Colorado. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Quotes and pricing
Prices, times and availability on this website are general guides. Your quote is based on the information and photos you send us, and the price is confirmed with you before we book the job. If the vehicle or the damage turns out to be different from what was described, we'll tell you before we do any work and the price may change.
Booking and arrival windows
We arrive within the window we give you and text you when we're on our way. Weather, traffic and earlier jobs can occasionally move a visit. If that happens, we'll let you know as soon as we can. For glass work we need a reasonably level spot to park and a dry hour or so.
Insurance
When you ask, we'll check your coverage and help file a glass claim. Whether a claim is paid, and how much you owe, is decided by your insurance policy and your carrier, not by us. You stay responsible for any amount your carrier doesn't cover.
Our work and warranty
Details of the warranty on our work are provided with your service. The warranty doesn't cover damage caused after the job, such as new impacts, or misuse.

How we handle what you send us is explained in our privacy policy.
Limits on our responsibility
The information on this website is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Glassy Auto Glass isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Colorado or federal consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date above, is the one that applies.
