How we use it

We use your information to give you a quote, schedule and carry out the work, verify insurance coverage when you ask us to, and reply to you by text. We don't use it for anything unrelated to your request.

Who sees it

Your information is seen by the Glassy Auto Glass team and by the service providers that host this website and deliver form submissions to us. If you ask us to check your coverage or file a claim, we share what is needed with your insurance carrier.

We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to quote and complete your job, to honor the warranty on our work, and to meet legal and tax obligations. After that we delete it or remove what identifies you.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can tell us to stop texting you at any time. Use the details on our Contact page and we'll take care of it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No website or text message is perfectly secure, so please don't send us anything you wouldn't want shared, like payment card numbers.
